Spring Forward

Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday, March 8th at exactly 2 am and ends on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2 am. By moving your clock forward by one hour to 3am, you lose an hour of sleep but gain an hour of daylight in the evening.

According to Dr. Phyllis Zee, Director for sleep medicine at Northwestern University, she states that there are some health effects that could stem from the change. To learn more about the effects and how to transition into the new time change more affectively, click here.
