*Due to the threat of rain, Ring in Spring will be relocated to City Hall, 217 South Main Street from 11 AM to 2 PM. Easter Bunny photos, crafts, and activities will continue there. Hay rides have been cancelled. The “fill your own Easter basket” activity will continue as planned, for those that wish to participate. Please enter through the front door, located on South Main Street. There is parking available behind City Hall, which can be accessed from Bank or Lee Street.*

While you wait, enjoy spring crafts,
snacks and family fun.
Then, spend the afternoon shopping and strolling
in downtown boutiques and gift shops.

Follow the map to participating businesses to
gather eggs and treats to fill your basket.
This is a free event, but quantity is limited. First come, first served. One basket and map per child.

The holiday cheer continues in downtown Salisbury with Santa Claus and the Grinch Antique Fire Truck Rides on East Innes Street in front of the Visitors Center. After, wrap up your holiday shopping early, enjoy a meal with your family, or simply enjoy the festive atmosphere of downtown with an afternoon stroll.

An annual tradition on Black Friday in historic Downtown Salisbury, all are invited to share in holiday cheer while enjoying unique shopping opportunities in our many charming shops during Holiday Night Out.
East Fisher Street will be transformed into Downtown Salisbury’s very own Winter Wonderland! Stop by and visit with Santa & the Grinch (5-9 pm) while enjoying live music from Lee and Allison Crowell Music (6-8 pm). Enjoy free holiday hayrides, make your own Christmas tree ornaments, take part in a fake snowball fight, and play in the bounce house.
Keep an ear out for holiday carols by Victorian Voices who will be strolling around downtown. A giant Charles Dickens (stiltwalker) will be making a special appearance from 6-8 pm. East Coast Giants Stiltwalkers
Get your holiday shopping done early in downtown Salisbury. Stop by one of our many boutiques or specialty shops to find the perfect gifts. Drop by the Visitor’s Center (204 E Innes St) anytime between 5 PM and 8:30 PM to pick up your child’s empty “pot of gold”. Follow the map to participating locations to collect gold coins.
Stop by Creative Teaching Aids (310 S Main St) to reach the end of the rainbow and receive special prizes.
Also visit Creative Teaching Aids and let your child create their own Leprechaun Trap between 5 and 9 PM.
All activities during the evening are free. This is a rain or shine event.

State issued photo I.D. showing date of birth required for each ticket holder in order to pick up your items listed above on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 (regardless of age). Each individual ticket holder must be present when picking up their tickets at Will Call to verify age.
Day of Event: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Go to the Lobby of the Visitors Center (204 E Innes St.) pick-up your glasses, corkscrew, walking map, and wristband. This can ONLY be picked up ON event day because everyone must be I.D.d to ensure the age restriction is met.
