Come “Frame your pain” in our unique gallery. Throw bottles, dishes and glassware ’til your heart’s content… leaving your troubles behind.

Central Carolina’s first anger room and rage room offers a semi-private room you can air your frustrations to your own favorite music. Appointment available and walk-ins welcome. Throwing room is separate from the rest of the space by sight and can accommodate many of your own friends or family for support.

We will not mix groups in the throwing area. Your package of breakables includes the space for your session. Any questions please message us. We try to get back with you within a couple hours if not sooner.
